Dog Breath

Hubby: I think Charlie might be getting sick.

Me: Why?

Hubby: His breath smells funny--like the dog's.

Me: Oh that--he found the dog food today and decided to eat some.

Hubby: You let him eat dog food?

Me: It was either that or lose a finger.
